I had a really good feeling I’d enjoy this series of books so I went ahead and bought them and got the audio the day it dropped. The narrator’s were superb. I broke down so hard towards the end the raw emotion that was coming through from the writing and narration were top tier. I was a sobbing mess. I can’t wait to keep reading the series with book 2.

A perfect match, each flawed and grieving in different ways, Charlie and Ruby clash together finding their missing pieces as they go.

Every word is hitting, every sentence powerful. You'll be hooked from the opening sentence and you can't help but be enamored by Ruby's charms.

I love a wild, fearless and maybe little reckless girl and Ruby is all this and more. Longing to be free, to live and to love. Charlie is hiding, grieving, broken. Rudy bursts in with sunshine, joy and fierceness and even though it's a slowish burn the instant chemistry and connection is off the charts.

So much happens, so many characters, so much drama and danger this is not like any other story I've read and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. I loved this chaotic family, town and ranch and look forward to more of all of these in the other stories!!

Fantastic, dynamic and passionate read that'll have you hooked. Who does want their own brooding, growly cowboy who would burn down the world for you?
