I wish I could've read this at 20 years old.

Really great book!I think John Maxwell's greatest gift is adding depth and understanding to commonsense. He states what should be obvious, but he does so in such a way that your understanding is broadened and deepened many times over.

leadership

I found this book to be very interesting when it comes to assessing and being comfortable with just talent. you gave me insight on different levels you have to put into play besides Italian you have. when it comes to me establishing new business project it definitely is a good read
