The medicus Ruso and his wife, Tilla, are back in the borderlands of Britannia, this time helping to tend the builders of Hadrian's Great Wall. Clever humour

If you've come across this series and haven't already started with Medicus (book 1), I implore you to do so. It's clever, different and entertaining.

Thin story line -told and retold

Just re- listened and I think I enjoyed it a bit more than the first time. So I gave it another star.
Still love the reading but the characters are beginning to look stupid. They repeat the same mistakes in every book.
I hope the next one deserves a whole book and not a short story told ten different ways.
