Essential reading

For anyone interested in their general health and well-being.
What ever your stance on diet type there's food for thought in every chapter.
Would suggest that it be included in school cariculums.

Inspirational

Love, this book. It is easy to listen to. I’m vegetarian, this has inspired me to eat a greater variety of healthy foods and more plant based meals. Very informative and the pdf is helpful.

Exceptionally good

Had to keep pausing and taking notes, rewinding and relistening. Quite a few light bulb moments and overall an easy listen. Highly recommend.

why use the different accents for quotes

really enjoyed this but the voices/accents used for quotes were off-putting and unnecessary. would have given 5 stars if not for this
