Writing and sharing our birth story was an important part of my healing and returning to wholeness after birthing my son Noor as a stillborn.
After having this experience, I started hearing about more and more women who had gone through some sort of trauma in pregnancy or at birth—but they never got to express or share their story or heal their trauma.
Though I wrote this book for my own healing, I hope it helps others who have gone through something similar.
