Wow, what a ride! I’ve spent Easter Sunday and Monday glued to this read. Fleur is such an amazing story teller and has you guessing all the way. And as usual, it ends on a lovely positive note. I’m working my way through all her books and can’t wait to start the next one.

I loved the farm setting, identifying with the landscape and life.
The story had a number of threads which had me guessing how they would come together till the end.
I am glad Detective Burrows made an appearance in this story, though I am not sure when he divorced his previous wife.
Highly recommended with satisfactory resolutions.

I realise now these books are more rural crime drama books than drama romance which is what I originally thought by the description.

These aren't my typical genre to listen too or read but I don't mind them.

Narrator does a good job and is well articulated.

I have just brought another book to read because I like Dectective Dave Burrows and his character draws me in.
