it wasn't a bad read, it kept me interested enough to keep listening, but I wasn't completely absorbed . not sure if that was because of the narrators style or the way it was written.. while I am interested to find out what happens i might leave it for a bit

I really enjoyed Kate’s narration of this book, story has back to the future crossed with pride and prejudice vibes x a bit flaky but pleasant overall and a nice way to pass the time x easy fun listen.

altered historical fiction with very little direction you keep waiting and waiting for 'something' to happen a clue, a snippet of hope for finding the lift but alas nothing! just skip to the epilogue it's got more action than the entire story.
