I stand with Ukraine and its people. What they are going through in resisting Russia's barbaric invasion of their homeland is truly unimaginable for those of us distant from the brutality of the conflict, but, with times being what they are, I just had to collect a few of my previously published stories that deal with Ukraine, civil protest, and the horrors of war for people to hear.

I don’t pretend that there aren’t more elegant or visceral tales on these topics and I certainly don’t believe that my little stories are going to change anyone’s mind about anything important, but if they make you think for just one extra moment about the state of the world, I would be remiss not to collect them and make them readily available.

Besides, with Ukraine fighting the good fight against invading forces of evil and totalitarianism, self-publishing a few little stories is literally the least I can do to help keep their cause visible to those far from the front lines.

Yeah, I have other stories, collections, and books, but these stories are the ones I most want you to hear today.
