Klabund setzte dem Piraten 1926 in einem expressionistischen Sprachfeuerwerk ein grandioses literarisches Denkmal.
Klabund (alias Alfred Henschke, 1890-1928) veröffentlichte in Zeitschriften wie PAN, Jugend, Simplicissimus und Die Weltbühne. Er verfaßte 14 Romane, 25 Dramen und arbeitete für Kabaretts wie Schall und Rauch. Berühmt wurde er duch seine Gedichte und Lieder.
Christian Rode, geb. 1936, ist ein bekannter deutscher Schauspieler und Synchronsprecher. Nach verschiedenen Bühnenengagements glänzte der Gustav Gründgens-Schüler ab den 60er Jahren auch in internationalen Film- und Fernsehproduktionen. Seit den 70er Jahren arbeitet er erfolgreich als Hörspielsprecher, z.B. für Die drei ???.
