This is a great sequel to The Watchers which I thoroughly enjoyed. Beautifully read and the Irish accent just adds to the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Like the first book loved the returning characters really enjoyed the multiple perspectives this time round I’m enjoying where the story is going cannot wait to see where the next book goes in scale

the first book was so so good! I've read it twice and also liked the movie. but this was a let down for me, I was so excited for this release and purchased it the day it dropped! but it's very very slow and doesn't get exciting until the end, but even then, it's very average compared to the first story.
will I watch the 2nd movie if it goes that way? no. will I read the 3rd book if it goes that way? yes.

The Watchers was a fantastic fantasy/folk horror with a healthy amount of cosmic horror thrown in. So much of what made the first one great was the NOT knowing. The sequel leaves nothing unsaid and ruined all the magic and mystery that made the first one great. Unnecessary and redundant.
