After purchasing the E. K. Johnston book, Ashoka, I was keen to try anything else she had written, so used my credit to buy this. Was well worth it!!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the story and the presentation, finished it in record time for me, which says a lot too!

This was a very enjoyable story. The female characters are strong and soft, feminine and tough. The plot was interesting and it was a great addition for fleshing out the Star Wars universe and the familiar characters.

Thoroughly enjoyed this story! Was a great extension to The Phantom Menace. Loved getting to learn the backstory of Padmé’s handmaidens. Great performance by Catherine. Loved her as Padmé in the clone wars and was great here too.
