I found the narrators accent too heavy. took away from the story. love Vals books but the narrator spoiled it

A book full of humour made me smile quire a bit, the quality of the writing was was very good, I recommend it to first time readers of Val McDermid as I was. Look forward to hearing more of her books.

The story was very poorly presented . The narration was dull and monotonous . The story was predictable and boring . The addition of the astrological blurb at start of each chapter gave a hint that maybe something interesting may develop e but nothing did . Absolute waste of time to listen .only kept listening hoping it would improve .
