Publisher's Summary

SPONTANEOUS EMISSION: Nuked

This poem was first written when I was a teenager back in the 90's.
Nuclear war was ever present and we had only just left the cold war behind which was the impending threat.
Spontaneous emission is captured within the title as a war that could be triggered by spontaneous events.
It is a slight poking of fun at the end, where perhaps there isn't much fun if actual nuclear war was to ever happen.

It conjures up the possiblility that Nuke war could start with the wrong advice, or any misguided imperative.
Please dont laugh at the end, but do have a titer ;)
