Not bad a nice generic over view

This is an OK book that aims to tell you how to contact your spirit guides. It could've been round up in one word "meditate". That seems to be the way to do it. Although it goes on to say you can't find them if your mind is full of negativity and anguish, ironically the one time you need them. There are a few interesting bits and pieces in here for those wanting to know the basics
