Listened and loved it so much that I plan to buy a physical copy for future reference. I love books that I can highlight all the little gems and flick back through to remind myself of the gold. This book will be one I pick up often, I can tell.

I was introduced to Soul Modes about 12 months ago and this is my 3rd read through. I have found the information in this book has allowed me to understand and love myself more and more. I am more productive, more loving and when I need to be more nurturing than ever before. it's a game changer!

Every Woman (and Men who love Women) Needs to Read

If you experience 'ups and downs' and get labelled 'crazy' or 'all over the shop' or 'messy' then you need to read this book.

The premise of the book is so simple it's one of those 'Why didn't I realise that?' experiences. Of course! It just makes so much sense. We have modes we move through that have a reason and a purpose and when you accept them and stop fighting them (hello Bear mode, I'm talking to you) then you can thrive.

Just so good. I briefly explained the modes to my three teen boys and they just said 'OMG that's you!' And now we have a shared language to explain where we are at.

Carlie narrates well and there is no fluff that makes this book any longer than it needs to be.

This is on my life-changing books up there with A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle.

I’d recommend this book to all feminine core beings, especially those geared towards growth and introspection.
