Publisher's Summary

A former Navy SEAL. A father. And totally off-limits.

He was a rugged man she met in a bar - a man Grace couldn't get out of her head....

A week later, she came home to find him sweaty and shirtless with a tape measure in hand, remodeling her loft. As a Parker-King, she's not allowed to want someone like Noah Dalton. She's sick of her life, though. Sick of the rules of being a Parker-King. She wants something more, even if it isn't forever. Finding comfort in the arms of a SEAL is easy, not falling for one...not so much.

Noah left the military and moved to New York for one reason: his daughter. Not for some uptight businesswoman - a Manhattan elitist. So when Grace offers him the kind of relationship that no hot-blooded man can turn down, he should say no. And when her seemingly put-together life spins out of control, and his instincts to protect and save kick in, he should turn away. But he doesn't.

A stand-alone contemporary military romance.

swoon worthy single dad romance

Ex- SEAL, single father Noah was everything an amazing book hero should be. This was a great opposites attract contemporary romance with amazing chemistry between Noah and Grace. Lots of family drama and twists kept the story flowing at a good pace.

Narration was fabulous. Connor Crais is becoming a new favorite narrator - perfect Noah. Ava Lucas was also excellent and very talented.

Another great listen!

When I am not reading this author I am listening to her books. I am absolutely obsessed with her characters and how she crafts her stories.

A divorced Dad fighting to see his daughter, I felt this characters pain since I was on the side of Noah being the breadwinner while my ex stayed home. The emotional highs and lows are captured so accurately it was like going through my past all over again.

I was rooting for Grace and Noah throughout and was happy with how the story resolved all the struggles both characters encountered. Worth the listen!!!

So very hot

Brittney Sahin does it again! You will fall in love with Noah as you follow his adventure to keep custody of his daughter, and as he tries not to fall for the rich, out of his league woman he meets at a bar. All the feels and super steamy scenes you’ve come to crave from this super author. Having this sexy story read to you sends goosebumps down your arms as you feel all the emotions Noah and Grace are feeling. So, so good!

Worth The Wait

Noah Dalton and Grace Parker-King are thrown together in a simple happenstance. Both are dealing with stressful life events, both are vulnerable, and both feel the attraction. But Noah must focus on his daughter and Grace on her life in general.

Noah knows that anything with Grace is a no-go and Grace is afraid of living. But their mere presence soothes battered memories and souls.

This narration duo were amazing. You were transported into their feelings. Crais portrayed the agony and indecision that Noah felt with such depth. Highly recommend this Audible.

Another great listen by Brittney Sahin

I had forgotten how good this story is. Noah and Grace’s love story has its ups and downs in their path to true love. Noah’s ex-wife gives evil new meaning and Grace’ s family’s interference just makes you root for them. We also have, what I believe, is the first Luke, Jessica and Owen from the Stealth Ops Series. And I loved the narrators. Great reading.

Love, Sizzle, and Two Proper Villain

This story really has it all! As a long time fan of the Spec Ops Series, I have always wondered about Noah and Grace's story. And for what ever reason, I never got around to reading it. Now that there is a audiobook, I lost all excuses. I so regret not reading it sooner! Brittney wove an amazingly beautiful story of betrayal, lost hope, manipulation, and finally true love and friendship. Then the two talented narrators brought the story to life. Adding a whole new facet to the story by successfully portraying the emotion and angst that is this story. The only issue I had with this story was pushing pause when I had to adult. It is that good. Highly recommended.

Noah Will Make You Melt

A story of second chances, love beyond social class, finding true love through adversity, and the lengths we will go through to help the ones we love. Noah is such a fantastic character. The story starts with such an emotional scene that anyone overseas on deployment fears happening and ends with a HEA.

Voice actor for Noah is PHENOMENAL!!! I couldn't ask for better. Grace was really great, too, and her trying to use a man's voice during those scenes wasn't annoying or obnoxious like sometimes it can be.

Superb

I love this story!! Listening to it really brought it to life and I can definitely see this happening in the real world.

I love the characters of Noah and Grace and the voices seemed to fit them perfectly making the story easy to listen to. I'm just sad I finished it so quickly.

As always great writing by Brittney

Awesome book

Once again Ms Sahin delivers a fantastic book. The story is amazing and has you glued to your kindle from the first page to the last. The narrators are amazing. They’re clear and great to listen to, they draw you in and make you want to keep on listening until the end. I love this authors stories but when you add narration to them it makes them even better. Highly recommend this book and series
