Publisher's Summary

Despite what others may tell you, you know when something isn’t right. If the thought of a social situation causes you to spiral into fear and panic—it’s not shyness that you will grow out of!

Right now, you are caught in a cycle of negative thoughts, low self-esteem, a racing heart, and so many other challenges that impact each and every area of your life. But like many others who have been in your shoes (and have gotten out of it), it doesn’t have to be this way.

In Social Anxiety Workbook for Teens, here is just a fraction of what you will discover:

  • How to get comfortable with your social anxiety, let go of the shame and frustration, and accept that it is an issue you can overcome
  • The mind-blowing way our brains work and how your brain has a serious case of overprotectiveness
  • Activities, worksheets, and exercises to easily guide you through every step of social anxiety
  • What negativity bias is, and how you can break this bias and retrain your brain to think more positively—not hocus pocus, but real science!
  • How your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all linked, including nine steps to improve your emotional intelligence
  • Four simple lifestyle changes that can reduce the effects of long-term anxiety
  • Your very own social skills checklist to make sure you are a pro when the time is right
  • How modern-day journaling can be an essential tool for social anxiety
  • Ten steps to turn your fixed mindset into a growth mindset for a lifetime of happiness
  • And much more

If you can’t cope with the pressure of social situations and want to gain the confidence to live a happy, exciting life, then get this audiobook now.

An easy Listen if you have a few hours.

And worth it if you struggle some with social anxiety. I don't suffer from it myself, but someone close to me does. So I gave it a "read" as it is not too long of a listen. I like it.
