Amazing, gripping, excruciating, brutal, wonderful. Fantastic narration and story telling. Loved it and highly recommend. I came here from the author's advice column on Outside Magazine and was not disappointed in the least.

I listened to this whole book in one day and was totally gripped. What a concept and there is no way I couldn't enjoy it. but I was sadly super underwhelmed by the ending. it felt too ambiguous and I wanted to know what happened.

I love the idea of a tv show about survival- who doesn’t love ‘alone’? That is why i bought this book, but it didn’t interest me as much as previously read and similar adventure/tv book - stranded, by sarah Goodwin.
This book, the narrator is fine, story, meh.
