Living is very stressful for everyone, and I found in the meditations a little "safe space," that's what I call it.
Whenever I can, I like listening to my guided meditations, relaxing and flying...in a different world filled with peace and relaxation.
Over the last three years, meditations have been a big part of my life and have helped me a lot in many situations. For this reason, I always thought it would be nice to find something for my children.
I like to read them a story every night, but sometimes it's not possible.
That's why I started collaborating with guided meditation professionals to create a small collection of stories that I could play at home for my children.
They loved it, and with my wife we decided to allow others to listen to it, which is the reason of this audiobook.
These guided meditations helped my children relax and sleep better. I hope we will do the same with yours.
