Toward the end of the book it was becoming more difficult to get through it.

No secrets revealed, you'll have to buy a ticket on a course. I agree with others it's a promo book not a helpful book. I wish there were more exercise opportunities and less examples. Also found some of the original text really misplaced in 2025, societal norms have changed since he wrote this, especially the chapter on couples relationship help and "I want to make you happy then I can be happy too" is way too 1950's for me.

Most people would think that this book is another sales pitch for a miraculous self development course. However, I have noticed profound correlation between practicing these techniques and success in my endeavours. Highly recommended.

This book was full of stories of other people using the silvan method far too much and very little on the excercises themselves so I kept replaying ti see if I e missed anything. Not as informative as I wanted and so not what I was expecting.

The books talks about the success stories of Mind Control Course without giving out any substantial information about the course. It’s really just a long sales pitch for the in person course. Not worth it.

Not many techniques, just sales to do a course. The method sounds good, but I'm not sure if I've just been sold the story, and I eleive in manifestation. too many examples of success and very little technique.
