About this listen

Three shells. One rat. With one chance to win and two to lose, which do you choose?

Thanks to the turncoat’s gambit, the investigation has forced the CBI team to split up. After witnessing the birth of a potential new conspiracy, Onima and Jace are stuck at AECC headquarters while Kara and a small team are trapped at a distant station on the other side of the Confederation.

All of them are up against politicians and uber-wealthy businesspeople, some of whom seem to be doing illicit things to get even more obscenely rich. Worse, they’re using clones as scapegoats for further distractions and misdirection. As the team works to understand the situation, they find more questions than answers, another Bureau team with a seemingly indifferent work ethic, and have more than one near-fatal encounter.

If they fail, it could mean a breakdown of the Confederation, the economy, and throw the galaxy into chaos. Can they keep clonekind, the CBI, and the Confederation out of the crosshairs?

To win this game, the team is going to need to turn over every shell.
