I found this story genteel and along the lines of Pride and Prejudice. Nicely written and a nice soft story that eased my troubled mind. Well done

Storyline is interesting, refreshing to have a regency heroine who isn’t an expert rider and struggles with anxiety! I struggled with the narration though. A voice which in small portions might be characterised as sweet became a serious struggle to listen to for me. Particularly as narrator seems to struggle to squeeze the words out. Enough to make me avoid books I otherwise would be interested in if this person is reading it.
