If your passion is writing screenplays, Hauge offers one of the better workshops. Organized, insightful, and market driven, he wastes no time talking about art and wisely, beyond a certain point, doesn't encourage originality. The author understands that most screenplays that sell to Hollywood are akin to blueprints for tract housing. It's a mark of our culture that so many writers would rather churn out the great American screenplay than produce a novel.
