One August morning in Houma, Louisiana, James was involved in an automobile accident on his way to work, leaving him in a coma and temporarily paralyzed from the chest down. While at the hospital, he reunites with his childhood friend, Tina, a physical therapist who has grown up to be strong and fearless. Upon recovery from his injuries, James is haunted by a mysterious voice in his head. A voice that will not go away. A voice of doom.
Scinista, an evil interdimensional creature obsessed with destroying worlds, uses the power of negative energy. He feeds on his victims’ negative thoughts and feelings, eventually taking over their bodies, spreading chaos, death, and destruction. James is intent on changing his life, but the voice in his head has other plans. Tina joins him on a nightmarish journey to find out the truth about this mysterious voice in his head called Scinista.
