About this listen

He’s a savage.

Damien Cross treats New York City as if it’s his personal playground.

He sees.

He touches.

He conquers.

He holds the fate of my family in his hands.

And makes a deal with me I can’t refuse.

He’ll forgive my father’s debt if he can have something in exchange: me.

I promised myself I wouldn’t get addicted, but nothing is guaranteed when you make a deal with a savage.

Now this debt is my cross to bear.

Not the usual kind of read. very strong male lead and a subservient female lead. So not for the feminist out there. I struggled through the nasal female narration because I was curious where this was going and it left me on a cliffhanger. I'll have to read three more books it seems. I'll use my imagination to finish the story.

Story was okay

Did not like the performance of the female. Made it through 3 chapters then gave up.

Not for me
