this had cute moments but there were some things that just felt a bit rushed through where i think we should’ve focused on them a little more. i would’ve liked to see a little more insight with her dad especially since she saw him for the first time in years ??? i wanna know how she felt!! the romance was sweet between these two though, it saved this book for the most part.

The audio performances saved the book a little, even though the sex scenes were cringey and more erotica than romance. The novella quite predictable and also confusing....if he was that good a hockey player, why not get picked up by a Canadian team??
