I enjoyed this well written first book I’ve listened to from this author look forward to the next one narration was good well done all 😀

it was a good listen but the guys voice was a put off. I nearly didn't listen to the story when I heard him

This story had all of the right ingredients. Strong men, stronger women, bad ass bikies, ruthless criminals, and a beautiful love story. Unfortunately the author completely missed the mark on so many areas. There was no character growth. The timeline was so fast. The author has focused on toughness not emotional strength. Even had the mother jumping fences within days of a full hysterectomy. This book felt rushed with no knowledge of what the author was talking about. It was so evident the author did little research into MC life, medical conditions or even government corruption which made the story have no substance and cringe.
The narration was also cringe. I’m not sure if the narrator’s had pre read before reordering but it was robotic at times but altogether messy. I feel possibly the narrator’s may have found it hard to narrate the characters as there was no flex within the characters themselves.
Considering this is far from this author’s first book, though first I’ve read I won’t be going back for seconds.

Sorry. Nothing against the story but the pace of audio when man was reading was too slow. I increased speed but then the female voice was too fast. I was unable to finish.
