Publisher's Summary

Caylee Compton has promised herself that she will never commit to a man - especially a too-handsome, fun-sucker like volunteer firefighter, physician, and ex-military Captain Levi Turner. Levi is determined to change her mind.

In the beautiful and exciting location of Lake Powell, Caylee fights valiantly to stay strong, but Levi’s patience, kindness, and kisses might conquer even her commitment phobia.

another cute story in the series

We met the respective siblings for Cam and Sage in book 1 and knew that there was some chemistry. This is their story, and they each have baggage! Caylee is a commitment phobe since losing her parents at a young age...she's the 'love 'em and leave 'em' type. Levi has seen a lot of death as an Air Force doctor in Afghanistan and is afraid to lose someone that he loves. They have chemistry but Caylee keeps pushing him away. Will Levi give up or take a chance on losing his heart?
Another cute story in the series with minimal angst.

Very PG, few fires

This is a Christian romance, so the worst word is “dang” and the only touch between couples is kissing. I didn’t mind that so much and it isn’t preachy at all, but I’d like to know sub genres beforehand. However, the story is all angsty inner dialogue with very little real action. Both Levi and Cami have past pains, although why a future school principal wouldn’t think to get counseling is beyond me. The plot is old, writing a bit stilted, ending is anticlimactic. The performance saves a lot of faults though.

Perfect Inventive Story and Location for the Sory

I really appreciated this story. The setting at Lake Powell and Park City brought back many memories. I particularly enjoyed this storyline and of course the ending.

This is a cleanly sexy naration for a tremendously

Having survived very disastrous childhood, Cam and Caylee had walls built around themselves and Cam was very protective of his younger sister...Caylee idolized Cam.
Levi was a Captain in the Military, a doctor, and a volunteer firefighter. and a brother to Sage. Sage was the girl who was able to tear down her brother's walls and to become her best friend. Caylee, was elated over the happiness her brother and Sage shared. They waited until Levi had returned from Afghanistan before getting married. Levi had made a comment which infuriated Caylee and had alienated Cam from him, too. Teenage Caylee had let him know in no uncertain terms how she felt about him. He was simply annoyed with the younger brat. That was before Afghanistan.
Now, they all had matured and it was up to him and Caylee to get along, at least until Cam and Sage were married. Could they control their heated emotions for each other for their siblings benefit.
The story supports the principles of not judging another, stereotyping or other labeling. Narrator, Teddy Hamilton, did an amazing job of performing the "voices" enhancing each character, placing emphases in all the right places. using the perfect amount of energy. His voice was very nice to listen to He was a great choice!

good story

I absolutely love Teddy Hamilton voice and tells the story. I love Levi and Kylie but she dragged the storyline on. it's a good story but you can only take so much daredevil stunts and but it was good
