Highly Recommend - this book is a Life Changer

Juliet is a delight to listen to and Relaunch my Life content is inspirational. I did not stop listening to this book until it was finished the first time I listened and have since listened to it several times. I have since discovered that Juliet also has a fantastic podcast that I highly recommend. Juliet is an incredibly practical human and her writing and reading style is very easy to understand and listen to. Her stories are easy to relate to and I have learnt so much about myself from this book and Juliet's teaching. The worksheets discussed are practical and helpful and easily available from her website. I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Thank you Juliet. x

Review of Juliets book

Listening to this audio book bought back memories of struggle and hardship. Juliet brings it up in a way that's relatable in most parts and shares her own journey to demonstrate the learnings. The lessons are powerful, the tools and tips Juliet gives at the end of each Chapter are very useful. The only thing I found was that it was difficult to fully resonate with some of this lovely lady's story, but what came out of that was reflection that no matter what your background or what your life looks like on the outside, its irrelevant if your soul is being crushed. Juliet will show you how to reclaim your own life and thrive in the process if you let go and trust yourself. she backs it up with powerful examples .....and training too, if that's what you're looking for. I'd recommend you check it out.
