It made me feel safe

I don’t really know much about holly, so I didn’t buy this book because of her celebrity status. I found listening to her calming and reassuring, the advice relatable and helpful. I’d love to have her as a friend! and to be honest it felt like i was listening to a wise friend. Great stuff

Words I wish I’d heard 40 years ago.

What an inspirational voice. I bought the book which I must admit I didn’t take to. I wanted to read it but found it a bit fluffy! Holly your voice brings this book to life and I have hung on every word. I have resonated with everything you’ve said and have appreciated your wisdom. I’ve found it grounding and calming taking my mindset into a new world. Topics most helpful were stop living for tomorrow with your endless list of things to do. Take time for yourself no matter how busy and find every age beautiful and love the skin you are in.
