This book should have a trigger warning for all the emotions it'll take you on. It was dark, then very,very dark then sunshine and roses. Wasn't a fan of the pig scene. The punishment didn't quite fit. I struggled emotionally to finish the book after that and though the author tried to end on a happy note, it didn't quite get there.
