I found this duet quite by accident. As I had previously read and enjoyed Rina Kent’s other series, I was keen to give this one a go.

Naomi was an enigma to begin with. I was unsure where her character development would go from the opening chapters. Sebastian seemed intrigued by Naomi and I was keen to see how he would approach her. Akira was a mystery and I finished the first book with a thought of “Who is Akira?”, in my mind.

There was spice galore in this book, but very detailed CNC, so look at triggers if that is a consideration.

Ending on a cliffhanger, I was keen to see where the story would go in book 1 of the duet.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible with dual style narration.

OMG what a waist of money.
I hate dual narration, I can't get into the story, can't even continue to listen to it.
no offence to the narrator's, I usually love their work.
I don't know if the plot is good, and I don't know if it is spicy.
