Summary
For the last six years, the Mad Dogs have been fighting a two-front war against the Organization and the rouge Councilmembers who disagree with the Mad Dogs methods. While the war rages on, Doc has steadfastly been creating a serum which would allow humans to be turned into Mad Dogs with just a shot. Not only speeding up the process of creating new Mad Dogs, but also reducing the possible trauma requiring new recruits to have sex with every Mad Dog to become part of the pack.
