Refreshing change this series is, i love it, can't wait for more, I think its all awesome from the narrator to the story itself

Really loving this book but why he keeps going on about making his group bigger and stronger then goes and not but then goes on about growing again then does that same thing hell at the end he plans to keep put everyone sees beneath him away from him making him no better then those he stands against.

But loving the book. Still hope his daughter dies.

the world building story is great . I do feel like some of the characters didn't get a chance to shine in this book but I am sure with the big line up to come ashfall will grow strong.

This was a great second book! The authors writing feels even better than the first book. I am going to preorder book 3 now! :)

Being an avid consumer of isekai stuff this series has managed to keep me extremely interested, not possessing the long blown out stat sheets or skill lists while keeping skills interesting, making all the characters unique and likeable while the villains aren't just hollow husks who exist to do bad and draw ire.

All in all I could write a lot more but I feel it unnecessary, if you liked the first book and want to see whats to come next, don't hesitate.

It didn’t trail off to side stories even when it could, and every side plot was relevant to building and fleshing the world out more. And it gave information through the interludes that really helped to provide context for how and why the main story was progressing the way it was!
