A very insightful, thorough and thoughtful book

The author illuminated my sense of what realestate business should actually be like. I especially appreciate the lengths he went to describe building relationships with investors and about networking. My two now favorite sections of this book are about how he explained network marketing and making business deals easier through personalizing the entire experience. 10/10 will re-read. Recommend to anyone wishing to gain critical information useful to investing in a business of realestate. Or who wish to utilize the very valuable resources found throughout the book.

You were looking for this book, I know it.

As a real estate investor, we are always looking for ways to improve all aspects of our business, including:

Lead generation, negotiation, construction, financial planning, etc.

But the awkward topic of raising private capital for some reason didn’t get enough light, at least not nearly as much as other popular topics in this niche.

The author, Hunter, carefully describes why you should be raising private capital, what it can do for your business, and literally how to do it… I can’t think of another book that does the same.

No fluff, but there is very important backstory that you have to hear in regards to how he became who he is today… And the way he spells it out makes investors like you and me feel confident that we can do the same… Great book!

the best book on real estate investing

I absolutely loved it. packed with hands on info, step by step guidance and endless insight and hindsight. the author is not afraid to share about his mistakes and is honest with us. yet encouraging and wants us to succeed. loved it from the beginning to the end. narration is amazing - I appreciated that the author found the time to narrate.

Not just for real estate!

I recommend Hunter's book for anyone who wants to raise capital. Not just for real estate, but also for investing in a startup or starting a hedge fund. His mix of personal anecdotes and very tactical advice are well written and keep the listener engaged throughout! I know I'll be going back to this book as a reference, especially the chapter on constructing an executive summary.
