Brilliance!

Jess Ho, just brilliant!
I have been in Hospo for 30 years, owned 3 businesses and had that love/hate relationship with it.
I have laughed and cried out loud listening to this story of courage, determination, passion and heartfelt truth.
Narrated just perfectly. A must read/listen for all Hospo people.
