Crafting enviornments that encourage the flourishing of individuals across all personalities and behavioural characteristics is essential for the creation of better workplaces. This book is so well researched, and will tell you how, and explain why it is so important to make space for the quiet people in your world. Megumi discusses her own experience as a quieter individual, and shares the stories of so many other inspirational leaders.
