*Now a major ITV and StudioCanal TV show starring James Norton and Niamh Algar*

Pete Riley answers the door one morning to a parent's worst nightmare. On his doorstep is Miles Lambert, who breaks the devastating news that Pete's two-year-old, Theo, isn't Pete's real son - their babies got mixed up at birth.

The two families agree that, rather than swap the boys back, they'll try to find a more flexible way to share their children's lives. But a plan to sue the hospital triggers an investigation that unearths disturbing questions about just what happened the day the babies were switched.

And when Theo is thrown out of nursery for hitting other children, the Rileys have to ask themselves: how far do they want this arrangement to go? What secrets lie hidden behind the Lamberts' smart front door? How much can they trust the real parents of their child - or even each other?

I really enjoyed this book. Lots of twists and very clever. I didn’t want to stop listening and looked forward to my drives so that I could listen to more. The narration was excellent, especially with all of the different accents. Really well done.

Loved it!

I really enjoyed this story apart from the parts where the 2 year old was doing certain things that would probably not be possible for a 2 year old. So just bare in mind this is fiction. Over all enjoyed the story. Was just very hard to see the toddler as 2. More like 4

Great Story fast paced.

Whilst you could see where this was heading & often thought “really, are you going to do that “ the end was a surprise. Loved it. Couldn’t stop listening till the end.

Great story line, I tossed around who the bad guy was a few times, so kept my interest all the way through. Well read by the narrators.
