I think the best part of the audio-book

The plant-based aspect was described well and there were a lot of helpful tips. I think the best part of the audio-book was the meal plan. If you have trouble planning healthy meals for the whole week, this is a great choice.

Yummy recipes, informative, and easy!

This audible as another tool in your success

I like it! So far we have made a couple of meals and this is a great informational guide. Nice audio book.I love the recipes and do not cook with oil to make eating super healthy.

Entire Genius Food Plant Focus!

Lacking pictures it's just grousing, but I understand the logic of the story. It is the audio-book itself that is what makes a difference. For anyone starting out it is extremely informative and not confusing.
