A nice story to loose oneself in. We need more love in our lives not hate for each other

Jason Webber is a stay-at-home dad who supplements his meagre income by making pies. His kids, 6 yo Parker and 3 yo Emily, are adorable but a lot of work. Applications for accounting jobs are not going well. Nico Leone is coping with the devastation of his father’s heart attack and he’s currently in charge of Pop’s Diner, the family cafe. The two men meet when Jason takes Emily into the diner and both feel the attraction of the other, but can they make room for each other in their busy lives?

This is a super sweet romance with no relationship angst to speak of and it has some good steam. Jason and Nico are both lovely people and their families are also gorgeous. I loved this a lot, especially the cute scenes with the kids, who actually seemed to realistically reflect their ages. It’s a totally feel-good story but somehow it’s not sickly sweet—just right! 🎧 Voice actors Curtis Michael Holland (as Jason) and Kevin Earlywine (as Nico) were both great, I really enjoyed their performances!
