Story
'Time poor' is the catch-cry of our era, and yet end-of-life retirement means we have an average of two decades of feeling time rich to look forward to...when we're old. How arse-about is that? But there is an alternative to working your butt off for decades and retiring when you're worn out: it's called financial independence, and it means being able to cover life's essentials and afford the luxuries you want without having to turn up to a job each day.

Publisher's Summary
Two million dollars.
That's how much money anyone under age 40 will need to accumulate to retire. That often means working 40-hour-weeks and penny-pinching your whole life. How else could you save a cool $2 mil?
Finance guru, former financial advisor, and Amazon best-selling author of Money Honey, Rachel Richards has one goal in mind: teaching you everything you need to know to become financially free earlier than you ever thought possible. At age 27, Rachel quit her job and retired, living off $10,000+ per month in passive income streams. Let her show you how to do it at any age - it's never too late.
What is passive income? Passive income is earned with little to no ongoing work. It's no get-rich-quick scheme, but once your passive income exceeds your expenses, you are set for life.
In a refreshingly realistic how-to guide, Rachel serves up 28 tried and true passive income stream models, helping you to:
- Achieve "Financial Independence, Retire Early" without penny-pinching
- Create consistent, long-term residual income (the non-multi-level-marketing way), so you can live life on your terms
- Have the flexibility to work when, where, and if you want
- Say "goodbye" to your 9-5, and create a life you totally love
- Eliminate your money stresses and fears
Rachel supplements boatloads of research and personal expertise by interviewing well-known experts! You'll hear directly from big names such as Hal Elrod, Bobby Hoyt, David Osborn, Honorée Corder, and more!
- Hal Elrod is the internationally best-selling author of The Miracle Morning™ Series, which has been translated into 37 languages and has impacted over 2,000,000 people's lives!
- Bobby Hoyt is a former high school band director and the founder of Millennial Money Man. He now makes six figures per month from his blog, online courses, and recurring revenue!
- David Osborn is a multi-millionaire real estate mogul who started out broke and unemployed at age 26, only to become one of the most successful real estate franchise owners in the world!
- Honorée Corder has written over 50 books. She teaches the "You Must Write a Book Live Coaching Course" and is an executive book coach!
- Doug Skipworth is the co-founder and principal broker at Crestcore Realty, which manages 2,500 properties in Tennessee. He personally owns hundreds of rentals!
- Thom Shepherd is a CMA of Texas Songwriter of the Year and has written five number one singles!
If you regularly feel the "Sunday Scaries" or always dread getting up for work in the morning, this audiobook is for you. This audiobook is for the college student already dreading the 9-5 life that waits him upon graduating; the couple who would rather spend their time doing what they want, instead of slaving away for their employers every day; and the single parent who is barely scraping by.
Regardless of your why, passive income could be your how.
Join the thousands of people who have already found success with these strategies. Applicable in 2019, 2020, and beyond, Passive Income, Aggressive Retirement is the gift that keeps on giving. Get it for yourself, for a Christmas gift, or to jumpstart a New Year's Resolution.

The Amazing Compendium of Passive Income
This book is a wonderful resource for all types of passive income and includes basic instructions for how to get started with any of them. I have had some of these on my list, and others were new to me, that I will try because of this book. I will listen many more times! I will note that the narrator made several mistakes, such as saying "International Revenue Service" instead of Internal Revenue Service, and spelled out the letters to HCOL as HOCL (just to name a couple) - these things should have been caught before publication. That's my only note. I can't wait to put the great information here into action!

Not what I expected
I struggled to finish this book. Not very detail, just listed passive jobs, which can be google for free. I hate I wasted money for information that I can get free and did ready give me ideas. I was hoping to hear her story in how she became success not a list of a buch of passive jobs without much experience. A waste of $17.46!

Wow!
I don’t know what inspired me to listen to this but I’m so glad I did. I’m currently living scared of my financial situation. But I know have a renewed sense of my situation and am actively changing my situation thanks to this book. I recommend anyone who is thinking about passive income to read this. It has so many realistic options and makes it so much less scary than it seems.

Good for beginners, do your homework
Pros: This book is great for people who come into the whole "passive income" thing with very little knowledge. It's a great breakdown, very digestible, and makes the whole concept approachable. The author has a very fresh approach to what could be deemed old ideas. Cons: Not a great audiobook - it's like a reference book you'll want to mark up, take notes and refer to, so listening to the whole thing through is a bit much. Also, I do think it's worth mentioning that some of these strategies are inherently risky as with all financial endeavors so I'd recommend doing a little further digging (including risks and pitfalls) before jumping on board completely with anything.

Great listen, quick, informative, entertaining
This was a great audible book to listen to on my commute to work. The reader enunciates clearly and speaks almost a little too slowly but definitely not too quick so you don’t miss anything. I finished it with a lot of new ideas for how to create a passive income stream moving forward. I enjoyed how the author shared the potential pros and cons and gave advice on how to effectively conduct market research prior to investing in any options. My only negative critique is that there were a lot of cliches and corny phrases. Personally that’s not my preference but I can see how others would find it relatable and entertaining. Overall, I recommend it as a starter/intro book to passive income to help generate ideas. I’d look further for more specifics once you decide on a method to pursue. Disclaimer: I received this audible in exchange for an honest review

Learned So Much
Rachel does an excellent job engaging the listener and explaining the challenges of current retirement saving strategies and theories. I appreciated her realistic approach and how upfront she is about the costs of starting passive income and the work it takes to keep income strings going. She also does a great job of encouraging listeners to play into their strengths and includes great resources and activities to get your brain jumping. Not only does the listener finish the book with a solid understanding of how to make passive income work for them, they also have resources from experts that Rachel uses for case studies in areas that she isn't as familiar with. Once again I am very thankful for Rachel Richard's writings and insights. Additionally, the narrators voice was engaging and easy to listen to
