Publisher's Summary

Dear Melrose,

The first time I met you, you were a stranger. The second time, you were my roommate. The third time, you made it clear you were about to become the biggest thorn my side had ever known.

You sing way too loud in the shower and use all the hot water.

You’re bossy as hell.

You make my life all kinds of complicated.

But no matter how hard I try, I can’t stop thinking about you.

Truthfully...I can’t stop wanting you.

I was going to tell you this. I was going to sit you down, swallow my pride, hang up my noncommittal ways and show you a side of me you nor anyone else has ever seen before...but then there was a game-changing confession; a bombshell so nuclear it stopped me in my tracks.

How I didn’t see this coming, I’ll never know.

Sutter

P.S. I miss you.

Could not tell whose POV was being read

1 narrator with not much difference between characters made it difficult to get into the story. enjoy several other books by this author but really couldn't follow the narration of this one. got about 30-45 minutes in and gave up.

Enjoyable listen!

I really enjoyed this story. Sutter and Melrose are like water and oil upon first meetings. I loved all their arguments and the tricks it jokes pulled on each other. While Sutter and Melrose are excellent characters I really enjoyed the addition of Tucker. Not sure why maybe because he is so astute. I did listen to this on audio. Sarah Puckett does an wonderful job.

Book was better...

Melrose and Sutter's story was fun. Winter Renshaw has become one of my fav's. The book was better. I had a hard time following Sarah Puckett's narration. I'm sure with a few improvements she could be great. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews.

Melrose and Sutter

Melrose is an actress, or at least she wants to be. With a few gigs under her belt, she has been groomed all her life for that one big break. Sutter is as blue collar as they come, but has a successful enough business to take care of himself and maybe one day his teenage brother too. When Melrose's best friend has to bail on his sublet\roommate Sutter to go on tour, Melrose agrees to take it over. What she doesn't agree to is the arrogant and rude treatment from the man who she'll have to room with. The attraction is there and the enemies to Lovers theme is high drama for this story. The audiobook and the ebook were both enjoyable to listen to and to read. The revenge and get-even mentality to these two main characters was fun to see play out. The book also had some very serious elements in the struggle with alcoholism and the realness of growing up under the care of an violent, alcoholic parent. This book was a pretty great read and was written well. I could identify with the characters and what they were going through. I especially loved the spin on the extended epilogue. It put a smile on my face. The audiobook was actually more enjoyable than I expected. Although the narrator performed both the Male and female POVs, it was somewhat easy to distinguish between them and stayed engaged in the story. I do think it would have been better if the male POV was portrayed by a male voice.

Love this type of slow love

This was a great sort of loath to love book. It's the second in the series. Of course there is the typical misunderstandings but they bond over his brother. Loved the narrator. I liked it. I'm curious about the other two books now, so I'm sure I'll be checking them out soon.

Uneasy Roommates

P. S. I Miss You is the second book of a three book series. .Melrose, who ahs been crushing on her best friend Nick since they were teens, goes to his house after he says he has something important to tell her. Melrose is expecting him to tell her he loves her. Instead, he's excited to tell her that his band is going on tour, and he will be gone for six months. Then asks if she would she be willing to sublet his apartment while he's gone? Nick has a roommate, named Sutter who Melrose would be sharing the apartment with. Melrose swallows her disappointment and agrees to help him out. Sutter and Melrose absolutely did not et along. He thought she was an uptight prissy rich girl/ wannabe actress. She thought he was a cocky arrogant jerk! They butted heads on just about everything! Until they didn't! Slowly they started to respect one another. Sutter has a teenage brother who is deaf and lives with their dad. The dad drinks, and Sutter must regularly bring Tucker home with him. Melrose and Sutter bond over Tucker and slowly become closer. This is a wonderful slow burning romance. There are misunderstandings, Sutter pulls away from Melrose thinking she's in love with Nick, and Melrose is offered a big part in a movie and must leave. how do or will the resolve their issues? Don't miss this wonderful series.

enemies to lovers

Melrose is a sweet and loveable up and coming character but her world collides with Sutter after being talked into moving in with him by her best friend/ love intreste nick. the two clash right from the start. Sutter cant seem to stand her fancyness or do he thinks. filled with lots of light hearted banter these two cant seem to keep their eyes off of one another. I cant blame melrose i fell in love with Sutter too!!! great read💗💗💗💗💗#audiobookobesession

Fantastic story and narration!

I loved this story! Enemies to loves is definitely one of my favorite tropes, because I am a sucker for a good backstory. While Madison and Sutter haven't been enemies their whole lives, they certainly clashed a lot at the beginning of this story. It definitely showed us a lot about them and what was important. Interestingly enough, it also showed just how much they had in common. I was dying for them to see it! And when they did, it was fantastic. Just enough back and forth to keep it interesting without dragging it out with unnecessary angst. I was a total sucker for Sutter. While he may have had a tough exterior at times, he had a heart of gold and I fell hard for him! As the book went and we learned more about him, I just fell harder and harder. When he was with Madison, the connection couldn't be denied. I was cheering them on the whole way! The narration was fantastic as well. All the emotion came through, and once I started listening I couldn't stop! This was the first I read in this series, but it worked well as a standalone. However, I now want to go back and see what else I've missed!

Love Love And More Love

#AudiobookObsession I have read Ms. Renshaw before but this is my first audio of hers. I absolutely love this story but the performance was not my favorite. I am usually not a single narrator person unless its an autobiography or history book but I figured I would give this narrator a chance. Since this was my first by said narrator, I will be more than willing to listen to her a second time on a different book since I don't like to make judgments just from one listen. The story itself was AMAZING and can't wait to listen to more by this author.

P.S. I love this book!

Why have I waited so long to listen to a Winter Renshaw book? This was absolutely total entertainment for me. The second installment in the P.S. series, it can definitely be listened as a standalone. Melrose moves into an apartment with Sutter as a favor for her best friend Nick. These two do not hit it off well, and their constant bickering and fault finding turns out to be the best kind of foreplay. But with Melrose having aspirations of stardom, and her teenage crush on Nick, is Sutter just a fling? Does he have feelings for Melrose? I also loved the addition of Sutter's brother, Tucker! What a great character to add to the mix, giving a little look into Sutter's past. Sarah Puckett does an amazing job narrating Melrose and Sutter. She easily is able to do the dual POV with her voice changes. I love that she can give male voices credibility. Her emotions are evident throughout the listen and she makes it very entertaining and easy to listen to!

So freaking good! Another stellar story by Renshaw

I picked up this book because I enjoyed the first PS: novel. I didn’t read the blurb and went in completely blind. It was such a sweet romance story between an unlikely duo. Sitter and Melrose were perfect for each other! I really liked how their relationship unfolded. It was hot and fast but their chemistry was so obvious. Their back and forth banter was funny and kept the story flowing. The epilogue made me pump my fist in the air!!!! I was so proud as a woman for how the horrific assault situation resolved! The update on Mel and Sutter was so damn sweet and lovely! And Tucker’s success was just ahhhhh!!!! So freakin awesome!

A decent quick story

This was an enjoyable romance about flatmates disliking one another and becoming more. There was a decent storyline if a little predictable and chemistry between the characters. A fun listen. Good narration.

Great story and characters brought to life by a fantastic narrator. Could easily follow the story even though I haven’t listened to the first book. Really enjoyed listening to this and will be looking for more of the P.S. books. This book was a fun listen! I really enjoyed it after going through some heavier books. The back and forth between the 2 MCs was hilarious and I enjoyed watching the eventually come together. It kept me on the edge in a great way waiting for that moment. Sarah nailed the narration!

Unexpected Love

Melrose is a struggling actress, trying to catch a break in a world where there are sharks everywhere and it's hard to know who to trust and who to guard yourself from. Her best friend, boy she crushed on and now man she is secretly in love with needs her help so she trust him above all others and is willing to do whatever he needs. He is her one true love and he just doesn't know it yet but she is his also. Sutter Alcott rents to Nick Camden and the slob is leaving for 6 months to go on the road with his band. He has made arrangements for his best friend to take over his rent while touring with his band. When Sutter meets his new roommate sparks fly both angry and passion. This is the best book. I loved the characters and where this author took them. We see how Melrose isn't who Sutter or Nick thought she was and how Melrose thought Sutter was a jerk she learns there is far more to him than first impressions showed. Sarah Puckett did a good job narrating. I prefer to have a male do the male character but she did well. #Audiobook Obsessions
