Publisher's Summary

Becoming a sex kitten was supposed to be about losing her inhibitions, not her heart.

Ava Ericson thought she had her life planned out: graduate with her PhD, marry Brad Miller when he finished law school, have 2.5 babies...and mediocre sex for the rest of her days. But when Brad dumps her upon learning he's passed the bar, citing new "opportunities" available, she has to rethink her future. Believing her lack of experience was the reason Brad broke up with her, she launches Operation Sex Kitten (OSK), a plan to become a vixen in bed and get Brad back.

Things might go astray when she meets the notorious attorney Travis Sterling, the bachelor who she is sure can teach her a thing or two in the bedroom. As she enjoys putting OSK theories into practice, she realizes the real "operation" will be for the two not to fall in love. Fun and romantic, Operation Sex Kitten turns up the heat with explicit scenes while you root for love to conquer all.

Contains mature themes.

Such a sweet story

I really enjoyed this story. It was a story with real life obstacles. Not every relationship is perfect and sometimes you have to go through things to appreciate what you have or had and this story shows that. Also, it shows that while men are messing up another good man is lurking in waiting to scoop up a good woman.

The Kindle version was better than the audiobook.

"Operation Sex Kitten" is a well-written, engaging, and thoroughly satisfying story with relatable characters. I enjoyed the Kindle version immensely, but the Audible version left me wanting.

I started eye-reading "Operation Sex Kitten" on Kindle Unlimted and was hooked by chapter 4. Both Ava and Travis were engaging characters, and the party in the first couple of chapters had me cracking up, so I spent $8.20 on the Audible version. What a disappointment! The female narrator's breathy, discordant voice ruined it for me; her screeching rendition of the elderly neighbor's voice was like fingernails on a chalkboard, as was her interpretation of the intoxicated teenaged friend. Her flat, unconvincing performance of the party chapters failed to deliver any of the laugh-out-loud humor I expected. I managed to tolerate the narration well enough to finish the book after increasing the playback speed to 1.15x. The male narrator had a pleasant voice and gave an admirable performance, but, unfortunately, the female did the majority of the narration.

Quickie

Let me just say.... If you're looking for a short quick(ie) thrill, this was delightful! Chapter 1 there is mention of a "waxed pussy" and because of my profession (I'm a waxer), I really appreciated the shout-out!!! Thanks Tess Summers you are simply irresistible! Keep writing!
