A night spent sleeping on dirt and leaves is not how Claire Matchett expected to spend her vacation.

The book was really well written and had good tension for most of the time but the last few chapters made for an underwhelming “twist” and ending

This is another great book by Freida McFadden. It kept me guessing the whole way through, and I loved the multiple twists at the end. Poor Claire and the doubts she'll be left with about her husband. It was a good length book to and didn't draw out the story unnecessarily.

Not sure if I’ve just been reading too many thrillers (probably) but I worked out the twists from the start which is always a bit disappointing, but an entertaining read none the less! :)

If you love a plot that twists and surprises at the then this one is for you, not me. I need real characters - at least one that’s likeable. I didn’t really care what happened to any of them.

I enjoyed the story line to this book though it could have had more of a detailed ending. The plot twist was spectacular and though first reading the book it seems unconnected but all comes together in the end smoothly
