Publisher's Summary

It was only supposed to be one night. We met at a wedding. He was hot. And I'd been in a year's drought.

He smiled. We got drunk. We flirted. We hooked up. I left early the next morning without saying good-bye. It was only meant to be a one-night stand. I didn't want the awkward morning-after moment. Not at all.

Then I went home for the weekend, and he was there - sitting on the couch and chatting with my dad. Turned out he was more than just a stranger. It turned out that my one-night stand was about to cause a whole heap of trouble. It turned out that it never just stops with one night.

A lot of misunderstandings that take away from what meager story there is.

The author handled the multiple stories/characters very well. While the sex scenes are hot, the character development is poor. Xander could have been a great character but he has such little development...from bad guy to saving African children in the blink of an eye. The wordy writing was that of an elementary school teacher. It felt as if the author was just talking down to the reader. I expected better from Cooper. What a waste of potential.

Don't waste your time

Terrible narrator. Horrible story line. Don't waste your time, money, or credit. Couldn't even finish it.

WOW

Cute, naughty offering more than I anticipated. Yeah, he was arrogant but also sexy as hell.

Great secondary characters that has me hoping for a book on Alice and Aidan.

Would you listen to One Night Stand again? Why?

As with the book, I loved Xander's story. Very entertaining...hot hot hot!

Personal touch, more insight into the storyline

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, would have loved to.

Any additional comments?

Definitely worth the time and money...Thank you J.S Cooper

Can I give it negative stars?

Only putting one star because I can't put less. Soul-drainingly bad. Senseless plot, horrid storyline, unlikeable, less than one dimensional characters. Can't believe it got published. Childish and poor.
