Story of Ethan and Jacob
This is a fake boyfriends to more sports romance, featuring Ethan and Jacob, and is book two in the Chicago Thunder series.
Jacob and Ethan met and became friends in book one. Jacob is the brother of Alex and Ethan is the captain of the Chicago Thunder hockey team.
Ethan needs to attend a wedding and his ex fiancé will be there so he asks Jacob to attend as his fake boyfriend. What neither of them know is they are both crushing on each other.
This is a great low angst read. It’s a bit of a slow burn until Ethan and Jacob start to practice kissing and then it goes from zero to a FWB situation pretty quickly. They have great chemistry and fall fast but not being able to talk about feelings sees a little mis communication happen. Don’t worry, they get their crap together and get their HEA.
I really like these two together and their epilogue was so damn cute!
I can’t wait for book three but I think I’m going to edit for the audiobook as the narration on book one and two were great. I need to know if Elliot will get a book, I love him!
