I loved this book. Listening to the author read out their own book, particularly a British comedian makes me so happy. Toms book was so good. He painted scenes I could see as well as shared such personal stories that I could relate to in the way that everyone feels different and goes through a period of hating themselves. I learnt slot from this book, and written things down Tom has said that really resonates. Thank you Tom. And I hope you never go back to self doubt and hatred again. You're just lovely 💕

I’ve seen Tom on TV, loved his sense of humour and was always curious about his life story. For those of us who have hidden our idiosyncrasies for fear of judgement Tom’s hilarious and touching stories are a powerful reminder to be proud of our uniqueness. Also do yourself a favour and read his latest book which is a real gem
