About this listen

Izzy is cursed. Her highly developed empathic abilities allow her to read people's emotions with terrifying accuracy—and consequences. As a child, she sparked her parents' divorce by revealing her father's infidelity. As an adult, she has cut herself off from everyone.

But now young girls are going missing, and the police have no suspects. And when Izzy sees her old school caretaker interviewed, she knows his story about when he last saw the latest victim isn't true. So what is Kenneth Plumley hiding? When the police won't take her seriously, Izzy risks everything to discover the truth herself....

If I could give this book 1/2 star I would.
Such a boring story that just went on forever. I kept waiting for a twist … it came but was such a pathetic twist that has it been an actual book I would have thrown it across the room .
I used to love this author and wait for his books. This book as well as his previous effort have changed my mind . No more David Jackson - no more .
I feel sorry for the narrator having to read this drivel.
