Story
It is taken for granted, even among many Washington policymakers, that Islam is a fundamentally peaceful religion and that Islamic jihad terrorism is something relatively new, a product of the economic and political ferment of the 20th century. But in The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS, Islamic scholar Robert Spencer proves definitively that Islamic terror is as old as Islam itself, as old as Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, who said “I have been made victorious through terror.”

A valuable aid to those interested in examining the reasonableness of the Christian faith, Geisler and Turek provide a firm challenge to the prior beliefs of doubters and skeptics.

In plain yet powerful and moving language, Bunyan tells the story of Christian's struggle to attain salvation and the Gates of Heaven. He must pass through the Slough of Despond, ward off the temptations of Vanity Fair, and fight the monstrous Apollyon. Amazing book! Incredible reader
- By Darius on 23-04-2015
Publisher's Summary
On account of the superficial points of agreement between Islam and Christianity, many don't see how tremendously deep the divides between them really are, and fewer still have considered the evidence for each faith. How is jihad different from the Crusades? Can we know the life of Jesus as well as the life of Muhammad? What reason is there to believe in one faith over the other, and what difference can the Gospel really make?
In No God but One, New York Times best-selling author Nabeel Qureshi takes listeners on a global, historical, yet deeply personal journey to the heart of the world's two largest religions. He explores the claims that each faith makes upon believers' intellects and lives, critically examining the evidence in support of their distinctive beliefs. Fleshed out with stories from the annals of both religions, No God but One unveils the fundamental enduring conflict between Islam and Christianity - directly addressing controversial topics like jihad, the Crusades, Sharia, the Trinity, and more.
Listeners of Qureshi's first book, Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus, will appreciate his careful and respectful comparison of Islam and Christianity. Both religions teach that there is No God but One, but who deserves to be worshiped, Allah or Jesus?

An inspiring insight into truth & error.
I've heard countless conversion stories, but never one from Islam to Christianity. My initial fear, that this book may be one only a Muslim may be interested in listening to, was quickly dispelled. Dr Qureshi delivers this book in a delightfully refreshing but logical way, and with knowledge and experience that gives credence and qualification to his account. I'll be recommending this book to every Christian I know.

a very thought out, & insightful book
I have been watching Ravi Zacharias, and his team including Nebeel for over a year now on YouTube. What strikes me most about Nebeel, is his obvious love for the Islamic community. you can hear that compassion very easily especially since he is the one narrating his audio book.
As a born-again Christian, I am daily praying for the Muslim Community that God would send the labors into the fields of this wonderful Harvest. I very much see the image of God on the Muslim people, I see they're very devout, and it sometime seems that a higher percentage of them are more committed to their beliefs than most of my Christians brothers and sisters.
I did not get this book to learn how to debate with them, but to know how to pray for them.. I care about their eternity and I pray that other believers will do the same. Let's be way better examples than we have been... The Word is clear, they will know we are Christians by our love... let's start showing it.

I never give 5 stars
The story reviews the evidence for Islam from the perspective of an objective observer. It covers the most common defenses of Islam and the reasons why they don't withstand scrutiny. Excellent book for comparative religion and/or learning more about the complex world of the middle east, what Islam teaches, and why isis and others do what they do. I would highly recommend this book. As a Christian it is very enlightening to understand why isis and others do what they do. If more people read/listened to this book we could more effectively minister and rebut what isis and others say and do.

For Those Who Think Objectively
Any additional comments?
This book is a surprisingly comprehensive comparison of Islam and Christianity. Qureshi deals carefully and compassionately with seemingly every topic that a Muslim might be considering as he or she compares the two faiths.
Drawing from his own experience, Qureshi walks the reader through an objective investigation of both the Christian and Muslim faith. His goal is to use the same criteria to measure each faith's claims, so that the reader can make an informed decision on the reliability of these two faiths. If you consider yourself an objective, fair thinker, then you will benefit from reading this book. I learned many things about my faith that I had previously not known. This is a solid piece of work.

An absolute privilege to explore the reasoned arguments, research and methodical comparative of this knowledgeable and courageous man. Intellectual case for Faith
I hugely enjoyed comparing and contrasting the pillars of Islam and Christianity and love the intellectual way both faiths are explored and conclusions drawn. Journey with this book and act on it if you have the courage to live it out.

Careful, respectful, clear, moving, challenging
Nabeel Qureshi's book is a careful analysis of key aspects of teaching in Christianity and Islam. He is well-informed, careful, respectful, and clear. Recommended. The book is read very well by the author.

Highly recommend!
Suitable for someone who's interested in learning the common arguments that are put forward for Islam and how to systematically dismantle them. Very powerful end.
