Publisher's Summary

From USA Today best-selling author Logan Chance comes a laugh-out-loud romantic comedy featuring a hot-as-heck hero, a sassy heroine who isn't afraid to fight for what she wants, and a ton of heated moments.

Kiki

Ellis Atwood is the devil. Ok, maybe that’s too harsh. Ellis Atwood is ruining my life.

First, he demolishes a perfectly good wedding trellis.

Second, he destroys a gorgeous doggie wedding that I spent ages planning. (I kid you not.)

Third, he makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, and that is not ok. I prefer the cold and harsh way my fiancé makes me feel so much better. (Wait, that didn’t come out right.)

Fourth, and there is a fourth, he gets me all wound up and flustered.

And last, when he unexpectedly kissed me it made me forget my own name, or the fact that I’m getting married...in a month.

Please someone help me out. I’m a mess.

Worst part is, Ellis isn’t the bad guy I first thought he was.

And being forced to spend time with him is making me realize that he needs my help more than anything.

So what’s a girl like me to do?

Ellis

I’m only in town long enough to figure out a plan with my brother on how to save our brewery from the awfulness that is my father. Oh and be in a wedding.

Where I may or may not be crushing a little too hard on the bride-to-be. (Spoiler alert, I'm crushing hard.)

She’s really cute. Like seriously.

And she has the cutest job, she’s a dog wedding planner. (I kid you not.)

I can see why Henry loves her.

I can see why everyone loves her.

I can see why I’m falling for her.

I’m usually not a relationship-type guy. Call it picky or whatnot, but usually I get bored easily. So, my plan is simple. Spend as much time with Kiki (soon to be Faniki, I know) and hopefully get bored with her adorkable smile and sexy legs that go on for miles.

Then, I can save the brewery, be the best man of the wedding, and get my butt back to Atlanta and away from the happy couple.

A steamy, fun standalone featuring a a few dog weddings, goat yoga, a haunted flower shop, and two kickbutt dancers and singers. Buy this must-listen today!

Absolutely Amazing

I loved this. I had never listened to an audiobook before so this was an interesting experience. I had read this book so this was in a way like a second read for me. I feel I laughed harder listening to this than when I read the book. I think the voices just made the funny parts better. I so enjoyed this book. The performance was amazing and I loved it. I feel it brought the book even more to life.

Kae and Blake do a great job narrating this story! They really capture Ellis and Kiki, the feel of their personalities, and the story itself! It's an absolute joy to listen to!

The female narrator’s voice ruined it

I liked the story, it was a little different from ones I have read before. Ellis kisses Kiki in the parking lot, but she is engaged! Cone to find out, she hasn’t been engaged for very long - but she is engaged to one of Ellis’ high school classmates!!! All sorts of craziness ensues.... lots of kissing and lies being told. It is pretty funny! The only thing that ruined it tor me was the female narrator’s voice.

Never Kiss a Stranger - lol good time

As funny, witty, and yum as you'd expect from a Logan Chance book. It was even better brought to life by good narrators. There were moments here, and there the narrator voices distracted me but overall great listen.

Never Kiss A Stranger by Logan Chance

AUDIO Version of “NEVER KISS A STRANGER” By Logan Chance
This book captivated me from the very 1st sentence! I started this at 11 pm thinking I would just see how it was going to go and I could not put it down until I finished it at 3:30 am. I was laughing a lot with this one. Logan Chance is at the top of his romcom game with this, bringing us tons of laugh out loud dialogue, Ellis & Kiki have a random chance meeting that goes awry. They are a great couple who have on fire chemistry, a unique story line, with one hiccup after another along the way. I just listened to the audio version of this book and the narrators, Kae Marie Denino and Blake Stanton did a great job with it. I will not give any spoilers, but definitely grab this book and settle in for a great read or an entertaining listen, this is a certain 5 star read! Congrats Logan on another very well done story!!

Ellis & Kiki are the perfect antidote & in audio!

I read the ebook when it was released and loved these two! I am also a major Logan fan so was thrilled when he chose this one as his first audiobook. It is a hilarious, steamy book and lots to enjoy when presented in audio.

I don't think I've heard these two narrators before. I enjoyed Kae Marie as Kiki. I'm so so on Blake. He was okay but his wasn't the voice I hear in my head when I read Blake. Over all it was an enjoyable performance.

The story is just as phenomenal this go round.

Ellis is the swooniest BBF ever!! He is charming, gorgeous, thoughtful, holds a girl's hair when she's sick, talented, can't dance or sing but he doesn't care he does it anyway, loves dogs, helps his family even if his father infuriates him, and agrees to be best man for a friend he hasn't seem in years...

Even though the bride is the woman he just kissed. Yeah...small problem.

But...

Kiki, the bride, is having cold feet. And when you read this, you would be too.

She also runs a dog spa with her best friend, Poppi and they just started offering doggie weddings. I love Kiki and her friends. The workouts Lola takes them to are hilarious!!!

Oh and she can't sing or dance either! She and Ellis must be fated for each other!

And oh my goodness, I did not see that twist coming. Kiki's fiance seems like an oblivious jerk but you definitely won't see this coming. Lol. Good one, Logan.

I loved Ellis's brother, Urban. We need more Urban.

Just the right mix of laughs, heart, and heat. Plenty of steam. Sizzling.

Logan Chance is always a safe bet!

Logan Chance writes fun romance and this one is just as enjoyable. How can you miss with goat yoga, dog weddings and beer tasting.
Kiki and Ellis are adorable as a couple and fun to listen to. Ends on a very hot note.

I’d rate Blake as a 5 and Kae Marie as a 3, for a rating of 4. Nothing distracting or to complain about and they didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the story.

Funny, steamy and sweet

This is my first ever Logan Chance novel as well as my first full-length audio book read.

I admit that I was interested to see whether a romance novel written by a man would hit all the same buttons for me as those written by woman. Probably not a very PC thought to have but there you are. Regardless, I can happily confirm that this book was equal to any romance I’d read before with the same heat, sweetness, romance and, as this is a romcom, humour.

In fact, this book had me full-on laughing out loud on many an occasion. Sometimes the humour was silly and sometimes it was smart - but I honestly laughed a lot throughout this book.

The writing was excellent and I was absorbed in the story almost from the first. There was never a lull in the pace of the story and I found myself thinking about it when I wasn’t listening - wondering when I could get back and listen to just a little bit more.

Kiki was a great character - equal parts neurotic perfectionist and fanciful dreamer. She was smart and capable but I loved her whimsy and eternal optimism. She was the perfect blend of everything you want a heroine to be.

Equally, Ellis was a fun character that I really rooted for. He was a really decent, nice guy but still stubborn, funny and strong. The way he was smitten with Kiki but trying to hold back was just delicious to read/hear. Hey - I don’t mind if my heroes suffer a wee bit on the way to true love.

Together, Kiki and Ellis made the perfect match. In a way, the fact that they were friends first made me believe in their love all the more once they took that next step. And boy did they take that next step. It was hot, steamy and listening to it made it all the more steamier. *Fans self*

For the audiobook, Kae Marie Denino voiced Kiki while Blake Stanton voiced the part of Ellis. Each read the chapters written from their own viewpoint and voiced all the characters during that chapter. Kae Marie Denino has a very excitable voice that sounds quite young, perky and a little higher pitched. It fitted Kiki for the most part although when she was voicing Kiki’s friends, I did get vibes of Bonnie Swanson from Family Guy with that high pitched breathiness.

Blake did a good job of voicing Ellis and I liked his portrayal. You could hear the distinction between the different people when they talked with each other and he was clear and easy to understand. I wasn’t keen on Urban - and I wasn’t sure if it was the flat voice Blake affected for him or because of the way he was written - but I wanted to like him as I’m assuming that he and Kiki’s best friends, will get books of their own.

I really choose an excellent book to pop my audio cherry. The narrators were engaging and read the material well, keeping me entertained to the last. But it was the story and the characters that really hit the spot for me. The book was sweet, romantic, hot and hella funny. Definitely 5 stars and I’ll be looking out for more from Logan Chance in the future.

Serendipitous Encounter

Never Kiss A Stranger is a charming and light-hearted read. Kiki and Ellis are both lovable characters. The banter between them is fun and their chemistry is great.
I was pretty much grinning throughout the story.
If you’re looking for a sweet, feel good romance I would recommend giving this one a try. (4.5⭐️)

Not funny

I will start by saying I only managed just over 2 hours so maybe it gets better, it’s a rom com and I have quite an easy sense of humour but unfortunately the first third of the book I listened to just wasn’t funny, it didn’t help that the majority of it is written as internal dialogue which I personally don’t enjoy.

Slow Burn Romance

This was my first Logan Chance's book. Kiki and Ellis's story is a fun, sweet, and sexy slow burn romance. Kiki is lovely and determined. Ellis is handsome and caring. They share a beautiful and explosive chemistry. I like their banter. This is a heartfelt romance. Kae Marie Denino and Blake Stanton did a good job with the narration. I was given a free review copy of the audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great story & narration!

This was a great rom-com, made even better by the narrators. She was light and funny, he was deep and s*xy, and both were perfectly cast!

Good fun way to spend a couple of afternoons!
